Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, order size and weight.

All prices shown are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT will be applied where applicable.

Minimum order value

A minimum order value of £750 applies to trade orders.

Orders with a total value below £750 may still be accepted but will be subject to a small order charge of £60.

The minimum order value and small order charge may vary by delivery location, order type or other factors and will be clearly indicated at checkout where applicable.

Additional delivery charges

Additional charges may apply in certain circumstances, including but not limited to deliveries to remote locations, non-mainland addresses, oversized or palletised orders, or where special handling is required.

Failed or re-delivery charges

If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons attributable to the buyer, including but not limited to incorrect delivery information, restricted access, or failure to accept delivery, Vale Mill (Rochdale) Limited reserves the right to charge additional delivery, re-delivery or storage costs.

Any agreed delivery charges relate to a single delivery attempt unless expressly agreed otherwise.

International deliveries

Shipping fees do not include any duties, taxes or charges applicable to deliveries outside the United Kingdom. Such charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.
